• 4 x 7oz oz PEI Beef tenderloins, herb rub and peppercorn sauce
• 4 x 1lbs Steamed lobsters, compound lemon-herb butter, herb-wrapped brush with finishing tips for the BBQ
• 2 lb Smashed PEI potatoes, butter and green onion
• 2 Dozen PEI oysters, McEwan’s Own cocktail sauce, shallot red wine vinegar mignonette and lemons (ingredients for the cocktail sauce provided with recipe)
